“I began practicing yoga to relieve sciatic pain. Within a few weeks, the pain was gone, and the physical and mental well-being that I felt after class had me hooked. Yoga has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. I became a registered yoga teacher in 2012. I continue to be a student of yoga, and completed my 500 hour training June 2021.
Weekly Yoga Classes

Heal Me Yoga 10:30-11:45am Full Body Yoga
This all-levels class will take you head-to-toe(s) through a range of passive and active stretches, and static and dynamic yoga postures to help release muscular tension and improve range of motion. We will build strength, increase flexibility, improve balance, and improve joint mobility. Props and modifications are incorporated to bring new levels of awareness, growth and discovery, as well as, to allow students to find ease and sweetness on their mats. Modifications and guidance are offered for all students at every level, take your practice up a notch or tone it down depending on the day. Register for class.
