“I began practicing yoga to relieve sciatic pain. Within a few weeks, the pain was gone, and the physical and mental well-being that I felt after class had me hooked. Yoga has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. I became a registered yoga teacher in 2012. I continue to be a student of yoga, and I am currently immersed in my 300 hour training. “

Unfortunately, Art of Balance Yoga Studio has closed its brick and mortar doors. Nothing is permanent. However, Elsa and I have begun teaching at Gracie Jiu Jitsu Studio up the street... we'd love to see you there!
