“I began practicing yoga to relieve sciatic pain. Within a few weeks, the pain was gone, and the physical and mental well-being that I felt after class had me hooked. Yoga has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. I became a registered yoga teacher in 2012. I continue to be a student of yoga, and completed my 300 hour training June 2021.
Weekly Yoga Classes
The only class I teach that is open to the public, as of now, is Monday morning Therapeutic at Strictly Ballroom Dance Studio. You can find Elsa, Beth, Anastasia and me there. We are Spirit Lifting Yoga... please join us, we'd love to see you! $12 drop in, no need to sign up, just show up!
